Yes! Our rental packages include rolling dollies to make moving and transporting your totes easier.

The number of dollies included depends on the package you select. Additional rolling dollies are available to rent for a small fee.

Someone 18 years of age or older must be present to receive the totes.

If you cannot be home for delivery, please contact Beantown Tote Rentals in advance to discuss possible alternative arrangements.

Our standard delivery is to your front door or building entrance.

If you live in an apartment, condo, or building with special access requirements, please include any relevant instructions when placing your order.

At the end of your rental period, simply empty and stack all your totes so they’re ready for pickup.

Please have all totes and rented equipment ready at the agreed pickup location. Our team will collect everything on your scheduled pickup date.

Absolutely! If you need more time with your totes, please contact Beantown Tote Rentals before your scheduled pickup date.

Rental extensions are subject to availability, and additional rental fees apply. We’ll be happy to help arrange an extension that fits your moving schedule.

Yes! We offer a variety of optional moving supplies and equipment to make your move easier, including mattress covers, packing paper, protective foam wrap, and additional moving dollies.

Booking is easy! Simply click Order Now on our website, choose your rental package and any optional add-ons, and enter your delivery and pickup information.

Complete your payment securely online, and you’ll receive an email confirmation with your rental details and confirmation ID.

We recommend reserving your totes as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during busy moving seasons.

Online reservations require at least 48 hours’ notice. For last-minute rental requests, please contact Beantown Tote Rentals directly to check availability.

Your safety and ours come first. If severe weather delays your delivery, your 1-week or 2-week rental period will not begin until your totes are actually delivered.

If bad weather delays your scheduled pickup, there will be no additional rental charges for the weather-related delay. We will contact you to arrange a new pickup date.

For safe handling, we recommend distributing weight evenly and avoiding overpacking. Please ensure all lids are securely closed to allow for safe stacking and transportation.
